On Sunday 21st June, Midsummer Sunday no less, the second ever PILOT Sites landed at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre in Stratford-upon-Avon. It was a brilliant day of sited and outdoor work-in-progress and luckily (for the outdoor pieces) the sun shone! The event was part of the RSC’s Midsummer Sundae event so, as well as PILOT SItes performances, there were family craft activities too; a few the PILOT Nights team couldn’t resist having a go at some of them too!
We will be updating the PILOT archive shortly so you can read about all the artists who took part in the day.
The next PILOT night will be back in a studio theatre and this time we are at Arena Theatre in Wolverhampton with Creative Black Country as our trusty Co-Pilots on Thursday 8th October. Applications open on the 20th July so keep an eye on our website, mailing list and social media for the call out announcement.
